not to be a prick, but with your "clever" little caption, which is way too long and not funny at all, you ruined two movies that i have been waiting to see. what the heck would you tell your readers that jackson and de niro die in the first 15 minutes of the film? that's just preposterous and bad film critiquing

I didn't say they die fifteen minutes in. I said halfway through.

It's not a big deal--everyone knows it by now, they're two of the most publicized things of the past few years. Every review I read of 15 Minutes mentioned De Niro's death.

I've read worse spoilers. I love David Trier's reviews and he's a really nice guy, but he spoiled the Keizer Soze identity for me and the De Niro death of 15 Minutes.

My fault for reading I guess!

Don't take it too personally--they're both awful movies. I generally try to avoid spoilers but I thought everyone would know this by now, or at least not care enough after reading all the bad reviews!

A spoiler in a review is bad enough! A spoiler in a photo caption - that spoils 2 movies!!! is absofuckinglylootly incredible.

"Eric," is it a habit of yours to follow my reviews around and post hate messages or do you just do it for kicks?

I try to avoid spoilers in all my reviews. In the rare instance that I include a spoiler, I alert the reader--but I can only name one or two instances where I've included spoilers (both times I alerted the reader--check out my review for The Usual Suspects!).

The caption under the photo is a spoiler, I guess you're right. But I couldn't pass on it--the fact that Sam Jackson was advertised everywhere for the film, then just killed like that really made me mad.

It's a really dumb movie anyway.

And please refrain from using foul language in your posts or I'll have to report them to the [email protected] address.

john, i really dont think you should've put that caption there.

when i saw deep blue sea, i was totally shocked that samuel l. jackson died after his big speech. its the initial shock...

same with 15 minutes...

just b/c you think "everyone knows it by now" doesnt mean you still write it. and just b/c david trier wrote spoilers in his, doesnt mean you should spoil it either. i seriously think you should consider removing that spoiler before too many people read it.

there may be some out there who dont know about it

I tried to remove it last night but for some reason it's still there. I was going to change it around but apparently I must not have clicked save.
